$40 should be included for each ticket you are requesting.
 
Please include an e-mail address and the number of tickets you are requesting.
 
A confirmation will be e-mailed to you.  This e-mail confirmation will indicate the number of tickets you paid for and you should print this confirmation and bring it with you to the event.
