A ten second google search on "The Caesareum and the Odeum" found it for sale at: http://www.antiquities.org.il/shop_eng.asp?cat_id=8 (for $30 - not inlcuding postage). Apparently you do not have the whole title which may be part of your problem. The book is part of the Israel Antiquities Authority Series (#33 - published in 2007) with the full title "Bet She'an I- Nysa-Scythopolis: The Caesareum and the Odeum" - Authors listed are both G. Mazor and A. Najjar.

Perhaps with the full title/Series info you can track it down on interlibrary loan. Checking on WorldCat through the library of a University I am associated with, I found more details including full names for the authors (Gabriel Mazor and Arfan Najjor) and the ISBN to be: 9789654062015 9654062011. I also found it listed with the title you already had.

According to WorldCat - the following libraries (below) have copies - so if you can get to one of these you can review it there - or have your local library obtain it through ILL _ ****After initially posting this I noticed that you listed Israel as your location - at the bottom of the list - the National Library of Israel - is shown as having the book, so that may be your best bet. According to their on-line catalog it seems they have two copies - located at:

Location Remote Stacks ; 2= 2008 B 2127 *****
