Description

Equal Opportunity Employer
The employment policy of Associated Banc-Corp, and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Associated”) provides equal opportunity to all persons. We support a diverse and inclusive work environment where colleagues are respected, treated fairly, and given equal opportunities to perform to their fullest potential. We believe it is only with a diverse and inclusive workplace that the organization can truly perform at its best, carry out its vision, and make a difference for the communities we serve.

JOB SUMMARY

Associated Bank is currently looking for an Intern to support our History Awareness Project.

History is the account of where we've been and how we became who we are. Associated Bank has a rich history built on the legacies of others who have come before us. In 2011, we're celebrating rediscovering the history of Associated Bank by collecting documents that help tell the story of the company as a business and an important part of our communities.

"We want to acknowledge our predecessors for their efforts in building the bank and their involvement in our communities," says Oliver Buechse, Chief Strategy Officer and corporate sponsor for the History Awareness Project. "Through the History Project, we'll take a more comprehensive and inclusive view of our shared past. It will help us build a new sense of unity as we acknowledge the contributions of colleagues before us and the organization they helped create."

This position will also be based at the main bank branch in Neenah, WI which is the oldest branch in Associated Bank's family tree, dating back to 1861. This location provides you the opportunity to work in an environment celebrating a legacy of 150 years.
